Instructions

Slice the Red Onion up, prep the Garlic Clove (chop, grate, press), deseed and slice up the Chilli, slice the Spring Onion, chop the Coriander and trim the Green Beans and chop into thirds. Boil a pan of water for the Basmati Rice.

In the pan of water add the Basmati Rice with little salt, cover with a lid and bring to the boil. Once boiling turn the heat down and allow the Basmati Rice to cook for around 10 minutes. Once done turn off the heat and leave the lid on to stay warm.

Add the Green Beans to a hot frying pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until tender. Once tender place to one side on a plate.

In the same pan add a little oil and start to cook the Pork Mince. Break it up as it cooks for about 5 to 10 minutes and drain any excess fat out of the pan. Once cooked add in the Red Onion, Garlic Clove, Chilli and Spring Onion. Cook until soft for about 5 minutes.

Add the Green Beans back into the pan and stir in the Soy Sauce and Ketjap Manis. Stir well and make sure everything is coated. Add a splash of water if too dry. Take about two thirds of the Coriander and stir in.

Fluff the rice up and share across your bowls. Top with the pork stir-fry and sprinkle the left over Coriander over the top. Eat and enjoy!
